Dear visitor thank you for attending Azure Lowlands. To make this a smooth and nice experience for everyone please read the visitors information to get the most out of your day!

Tickets & Registration

When you bought your ticket you should have received an email with a QR code. You need to show this QR code when entering the building. After you have scanned a valid code, you can continue to pickup your badge. If you do not have a QR code, please contact us at: board@azurelowlands.com.

How to get to the venue

Public transport
Various trains from both Amsterdam and Utrecht stop at our local Maarssen train station. DeFabrique is a mere fifteen minutes’ walk from the station. Alternatively, you can rent a public bike at Maarssen station. There is a free shuttle service from and to Maarssen station at DeFabrique both before and after the event.

Shuttle operating times:
08:15 - 09:15
18:30 - 19:30 

Whether you are walking to DeFabrique or taking a shuttle, you will need to exit the station on the ‘Kanaalzijde’ (canal side).

Parking
If you are arriving by car, park in one of our 700 free parking spots. Our professional parking assistants will receive you and assign a spot to you, to ensure that you can park your car smoothly and get started on your day without any hassle.

What is going on?

A lot will happen in the 10 hour of Azure Lowlands. A few things below we want to put in your attention.

Azure Lowlands Bingo
When entering the conference you can grab a bingo-card. On this card you find all the logo's from our sponsors. Visit their booths and ask for a stamp. When you have a full card you can go back to the entrance and put your card into the big box. 
At 18:30, after diner we, we have a big prize-draw, with a lot of cool prizes from our sponsors. You have to be present to receive your prize.

Filming & Photos
There will be a photographer taking photos of the event, this includes speakers and the audience. The photos will be published on our website and be used in an after movie a few weeks later.

Wardrobe
A guarded wardrobe will be available, where you can leave and pick up your luggage.

Accessibility
The venue is fairly wheelchair-accessible, but as far as we know no one is actually in a wheelchair. If you are, or if you're otherwise unable to climb stairs, or need to have reserved seating, please let us know at: board@azurelowlands.com

Loud music and flashing images
Please be advised that the Azure Lowlands event will feature loud music and flashing images. Attendees with sensitivities to such stimuli should take necessary precautions, as these elements may cause discomfort or trigger adverse reactions. Your safety and well-being are our priority; please plan accordingly to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Food and beverages

Rest assured that at the Azure Lowlands event, you won't have to worry about hunger or thirst. A variety of food and beverage options will be available to keep you refreshed and satisfied throughout the day, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Beverages

During the complete duration of the event free drinks, like coffee, thee, softdrinks and juices are available at the 5 points marked on the map. After 18:00 alcoholic drinks are available at the outside bar and the bar near the woodstock stage.

Snacks
Snack are available during the longer break throughout the Chillax Area.

Lunch
A rolling lunch is served in the Chillax Area, there are multiple places to pick a from a range of options.
